YOUR PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KarenFitting handles information submitted through this website.

Information we receive

An inquiry may include your name, business email, message, optional company, location, product or SKU details, and optional JPEG, PNG, WebP or unencrypted PDF attachments. A short-lived pseudonymous marker may be used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use the information to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, provide product support and protect the service. Attachments undergo format checks and a malware scan before sales can access them.

Storage and sharing

Inquiry text is delivered through our email service and is not stored in the website database. Attachments stay in private object storage; relevant sales staff receive only 24-hour read links after a clean result. Access is limited to relevant staff, service providers and disclosures required by law.

Retention and your choices

Clean attachments are kept for at most 30 days, pending files for at most 48 hours, and invalid, malicious or unbound files are deleted within 24 hours of their result or upload window. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information.

Browser storage

Your theme preference and quote list (models, quantities, requested units, notes and optional target prices) are saved in this browser and are not synchronized across devices. Quote details are sent to us only when you include them in an inquiry. You can remove quote items or clear browser storage. After 90 days without a quote-list update, we ask whether to keep or clear the list. Contact form details are not saved in browser storage.
